  • I met Robyn when she began providing speech therapy for my youngest son Cruz.  He was only saying a handful of words at the time and was 2 years old.  Cruz was shy and very attached to me - he would not interact with anyone outside of our immediate family, not even grandparents! 

    Robyn was certainly going to have her work cut out for her. The moment you meet Robyn though, her warmth and kind heart are apparent, and after only a few sessions, Cruz was opening up to her.

  • My son was VERY delayed with his speech, and after various attempts at Speech Therapy, I felt defeated and so hopeless, as he showed no signs of progress whatsoever.

     Then after a month or so after his third Birthday, we were fortunate enough to embark upon the unforeseen magic we had desperately been seeking through the patience, enthusiasm, diligence and creative efforts of Mrs. Robyn Powell.

    Being that she is such a devoted, compassionate, and understanding Mother of small children herself, It was innate for her to be so attuned to my son's exact needs. She was quite skilled at discovering his interests as she got to know him, and therefore uncovering an opening inside of him from which his language could gradually be drafted.   

    Her pleasant, energetic, and fun filled spirit continued to captivate my son, and she never failed to treat him as though he was her own child.

    Her deep-rooted joy in watching him grow and learn was evident through her excitement and smiles, as he began to build his confidence right along with his speech. Robyn was so fundamental in getting his language completely caught up to where it was supposed to be for his age within a year of working with him, and he now continues to expand daily on his conversational skills that she helped him build.

    She is by far the most talented, caring, and brilliant Speech Therapist we have ever encountered.

  • I highly recommend Robyn as a Speech Therapist for your child. We had the pleasure of working with Robyn for almost a year when our toddler was struggling with multiple speech disorders, as well as feeding difficulties and an oral aversion.
